Traditional Bolster used at Iyengar Yoga Centres. 

Length of 75 cm is suitable for everyone including people over 1.80m. Its weight is 3kg.

Filled with natural cotton. This bolster is firm to support the body while following its contours. In posture like Supta Baddha Konasana, its traditional round shape allows maximum opening of the shoulders. 

External washable cover, secured with an easy-to-grip drawstring at each end. 

Colours : Natural Mottled, Ochre, Copper, Burgundy, Plum, Turquoise, Marine, Blue Oil and Fern.
